Well we are down to the wire! Less than 2 months until Jeremy and I celebrate our wedding together... AND it is looking like my dress is not going to fit. YIKES! My excuses are that I have not been feeling the best with dealing with my thyroid disorder AND adrenal fatigue. I guess that is still not an excuse for letting myself gain 8 POUNDS since OCTOBER!! Time to shape up and I'm going to use this blog to do it! I'm going to do a 45 days to fit challenge. I will share with you my *GASP* beginning weight, food journal, daily exercises, and weigh myself weekly. I love a good challenge!! Even thought I am not going to start my official food journal until tomorrow, I am listing my start weight and body measurements. Are you ready to see them?! Here we go...

YIKES! I remember in the summer of 2008 when I was working out I weighed 143. My goal is to drop 2 lbs a week. There is about 7 weeks until the wedding, so would it be stretching it to want to lose 15lbs? My goal is to alternate different workout dvds at home, since it is hard to get to the gym with Jada and I have been doing a lot of babysitting lately. This way there are no excuses!
